“Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me ” 20th anniversary group art exhibition
Copro Gallery presents the group art exhibition, “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me” curated by Rob Wilson in association with David Lynch. This exhibition will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of David Lynch’s film “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me” (the prequel to the landmark television series created by David Lynch and Mark Frost). February, 2011, an exhibition was held to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Twin Peaks series at Clifton’s Brookdale in downtown Los Angeles titled “In the Trees”. However, since Clifton’s is a working restaurant, the art could only be displayed for a single weekend. Copro contacted David Lynch about doing a sequel exhibition featuring the darker side of Twin Peaks which was explored in the movie Fire Walk with Me. David liked the idea and discussed it with the producer of the first show who we brought on board as curator for this event.
